Refund policy

If the unlock does not work for you, email hello@seelikeanimals.com within [OWNER: number of days, for example 14] days of purchase with the email address you used, and we refund the full price to the original payment method.

EU consumers: at checkout you tick a box to get access straight away and to acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal; we store that you did. UK consumers: access also starts immediately after payment. The refund offer above applies anyway.

Refunds go back to the original payment method in euros, for the amount you paid (including UK VAT, if any).

Prices are in euros and the same in every country; UK buyers pay 20% UK VAT on top. The seller is a small business under the Belgian special small-business VAT exemption scheme (art. 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code), so no VAT is charged on EU sales.
